The interior is equally impressive, in all its immaculate 1965 glory. The paint gleams like new, as do the massive chrome bumpers front and rear. It is simply stunning inside and out, reflecting a lifetime of meticulous care. This two-owner Cadillac wears California black plates and is finished in period-correct gold with a matching tan interior. The example now on sale was produced without the padded vinyl roof popular at the time, lending a cleaner and more updated look to this immaculate Coupe DeVille. ![]() Aside from the grille and bumpers, just a single thin chrome strip ran from nose to tail. While Cadillac designers weren’t exactly stingy with the use of chrome trim, things were dialed back just a bit from earlier models.
